Standard Operating Procedure - UPA Information and Communication Technology Universitas Riau
Initial Identification
Process: The operator identifies what types of information need to be published based on needs and regulations.
Result: A "Public information list" is formed.
Status Verification
Process: The operator checks the status of the information (whether it can be published or is classified/excluded).
Result: Supporting reference documents.
Data Collection
Process: Once the status is clear, the UPA TIK PPID Team requests and collects documents from relevant units holding the data.
Result: Data request letter sent.
Validation & Alignment
Process: The collected data is submitted to the Central PPID (Universitas Riau) to be checked for accuracy and alignment.
Result: Collected documents that have been checked.
Categorization
Process: Once validated, PPID Universitas Riau groups the information according to its category to ensure it is neat and structured.
Result: Validation results are ready to be published.
Publication
Process: The finalized data is returned to the Operator. The Operator then uploads and publishes the information to the official PPID Portal.
Result: Final data is published & the process is complete.
