Academic Community Data Correction
Background
The Data Correction Service for Students and Alumni of Universitas Riau is provided to ensure that all academic information recorded in the Higher Education Database (PDDIKTI) is accurate, valid, and aligned with the official documents of the data owner. Data accuracy in PDDIKTI is crucial as it directly affects diploma legality, education verification processes, job application requirements, professional certification, further studies, and various administrative needs.
In certain cases, students or alumni may find discrepancies such as diploma numbers not yet registered in PDDIKTI, errors in name spelling, national ID number (NIK), place of birth, date of birth, or other academic details. To ensure that the correction process runs quickly, accurately, and in accordance with regulatory standards, UPA TIK Universitas Riau provides a data correction mechanism through the UNRI Helpdesk system.
Through this service, active students and alumni can submit a data correction request by attaching official documents as verification references. All documents must be in the form of clear and readable scanned files. Each request will be verified and forwarded to the relevant department for data updates within the academic system and PDDIKTI.
