Microsoft 365 Account Creation and Support Services for Lecturers and Staff

Universitas Riau provides official Microsoft 365 account services to support academic activities, administrative work, and communication within the university environment. Through this account, users can access various Microsoft services such as Outlook (email), OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other collaborative applications integrated into a single system with institutional-level security standards.

The Universitas Riau Microsoft 365 account serves as an official digital identity for members of the academic community to support learning activities, document management, internal communication, and various administrative processes within Universitas Riau.

To ensure the service operates properly, the creation of new accounts as well as account support services (such as password reset, account activation, or access troubleshooting) are centrally managed by UPA TIK Universitas Riau. Users experiencing technical issues may submit a service request through the provided helpdesk system.

Procedure for Account Creation or Support Request

All requests for Microsoft 365 account creation or account support services must be submitted through the UPA TIK Universitas Riau Helpdesk System.

Submission Steps

  1. Visit the UPA TIK Universitas Riau Helpdesk page
  2. Submit a service ticket according to the type of request needed
  3. Provide the required information related to the account request
  4. The UPA TIK team will process the request and provide the necessary technical assistance
