About UNRI Email
Riau University provides an official email service based on Google Workspace for Education (GAFE), offering full access to Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and various other collaboration features with large storage capacity and institution-level security.
UNRI institutional email serves as an official identity for academic activities, administration, research, publication, and internal communication. Therefore, account creation and repair are handled centrally through the ICT Academic Support Unit of Riau University.

To ensure proper management and appropriate usage, UNRI email accounts are divided by user category:

Submission Procedure
Access the Helpdesk Page
Visit the support portal at helpdesk.unri.ac.id
Create a New Ticket
Select the Create Report menu. Describe your request (account creation, repair, password reset).
Choose Category
UNRI EmailUpload Documents
- Students: Student ID Card / SIAK
- Lecturers: Appointment Letter / NIDN Proof
- Staff: Assignment Letter
- Units: Official Request Letter
Verification & Completion
Account details will be sent through Helpdesk ticket updates and your personal email.
Important Notes
- • Please ensure that the uploaded documents are clearly legible and still valid.
- • Include an active personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) in your Helpdesk profile so you can receive replies if your campus email cannot be accessed.
- • Requests for account creation outside the specified domains or without official documents will be automatically rejected.
