The Information and Communication Technology Unit (UPA TIK) of Universitas Riau organized the Working Meeting for the Preparation of the 2025 UPA TIK Performance Report, held on 9 and 10 December 2025. This activity served as a strategic momentum to evaluate performance achievements over the past year while formulating steps for improvement and strengthening sustainable information technology services.
The working meeting was attended by all members of the leadership and the entire UPA TIK team with a strong spirit of togetherness, collaboration, and commitment. In addition to discussing performance achievements and service development plans, the meeting also became a forum for reflection on the increasingly vital role of UPA TIK in supporting information system needs and digital services within Universitas Riau.
One of the key moments of the activity was the signing of the Integrity Zone Pact by all members of the UPA TIK team. The signing of this pact represents a concrete manifestation of a shared commitment to rejecting all forms of gratification, upholding integrity values, and building a professional, transparent, and accountable work culture.
Through the Integrity Zone Pact, UPA TIK reaffirmed its determination not only to focus on improving performance and technological innovation, but also to strengthen ethical values in every aspect of service delivery. This commitment is expected to serve as a strong foundation for providing clean, integrity-driven information technology services that are oriented toward user satisfaction.
In an atmosphere filled with optimism, the working meeting also produced various strategic recommendations aimed at improving service quality in the future. Evaluations of existing systems, strengthening internal coordination, and enhancing service responsiveness became key priorities in order to deliver UPA TIK services that are increasingly reliable and adaptive to the needs of the academic community.
With the successful implementation of the 2025 UPA TIK Performance Report Preparation Working Meeting and the signing of the Integrity Zone Pact, UPA TIK of Universitas Riau reaffirmed its commitment to continuously providing the best services, enhancing public trust, and actively contributing to the sustainable digital transformation of the university.
