The ICT Project Manager Training and Competency Assessment Based on SKKNI, held from October 14–17, 2025 at the Beverly Hotel in Batam, served as a strategic initiative to strengthen the skills and professionalism of ICT personnel in project management. Organized by AITI Solution Training Center and aligned with the competency standards set by BNSP and the Digital Technology Engineering Professional Certification Body, the program aimed to ensure that participants are equipped with nationally recognized competencies that support successful ICT project implementation.
Throughout the training, participants were introduced to essential knowledge and frameworks required for managing ICT projects effectively. This included project planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and quality assurance—key components necessary to deliver technology projects that meet organizational goals. Participants also learned how to navigate common challenges in ICT project environments, such as shifting requirements, risk identification, and timeline adjustments.
The competency assessment component allowed participants to demonstrate their mastery of project management principles through structured evaluations based on the SKKNI standard. These assessments ensured that each participant not only understood theoretical concepts but also possessed the practical skills needed to lead and oversee projects within their respective institutions.
By participating in this program, ICT staff are expected to enhance their capability to manage projects more systematically, efficiently, and in alignment with national standards. The training serves as a valuable investment in strengthening organizational readiness to deliver technology initiatives that support institutional growth and digital transformation.
